Same-day turnaround is best-effort for standard wash-and-fold orders received before 11 AM with clear access instructions and a confirmed pickup window.
Late requests, oversized loads, or bags with specialty pieces may roll to next-day return. We confirm an honest timeline rather than overpromise.

What is the pricing?
Launch pricing is $99 per concierge bag. That covers pickup coordination, premium wash-and-fold, and return delivery within our Manhattan service area. If your load exceeds one standard bag, we confirm any adjustment before processing.
What qualifies as same-day?
Same-day turnaround is available for standard wash-and-fold loads when your email arrives before 11 AM and pickup access is clear. Large loads, unclear building access, specialty items, or late requests may shift to next-day return.
Where do you operate?
Manhattan below 96th Street — strongest coverage in Midtown, Midtown East, Flatiron, Nomad, Chelsea, FiDi, Tribeca, and the West Village. If your address is outside our launch zone, email us and we will confirm fit.
What should not go in the bag?
Dry-clean-only garments, leather, suede, silk, cashmere, or anything needing specialty stain treatment. Briefs is optimized for premium everyday wash-and-fold.
